Shaolin monk uses kungfu to run on water

Shi Liliang from Nan Shaolin Temple in Quanzhou, China, made headlines when he ran 15 metres across the surface of a pond.

STOMPer Zerocool, who sent in these pictures, said:

“While he had help from thin pieces of plywood lined up across the surface of the water, it was an amazing feat nonetheless.

“Shi Liliang said: “You must be quick and your footsteps should be small. When the plywood floats on the water, you cannot use your whole feet to touch the ground but only your toes.”
